Southeastern Regional Action Council (SERAC) is one of 13 Regional Action Councils (RACS) created by the Connecticut Legislature in 1989 to help communities address the problems of substance abuse and addiction on a local level.

Our mission is to unite the communities of Southeastern Connecticut in order to reduce the impact of substance abuse and other addictive behaviors.
